Before presenting a used vehicle for sale we align its value to the current market. Our used vehicles are prepared to the highest standard by our factory trained technicians, Ford approved paint shops (where applicable) and then groomed to perfection. We are happy to share what work we have performed on any car we are selling. There will be times when a vehicle has been in stock for too long due to supply and demand, the market may have shifted…in this case the sales person with work will their sales manager on your behalf and work out a win win solution for both parties.
We pride ourselves on our sales staff's professional approach to their role. For them the hand over is the most important part of the sale. With our high standard of presentation, we prefer to hand the vehicle over at the dealership in immaculate condition with all functions of the vehicle fully explained. To make this happen we are happy to talk about the reimbursement of airfares to get you here. If time doesn’t allow for a road trip the salesperson will obtain a quote from our freight company and advise.
Most of our used cars are sold with the balance of a new car warranty. Since August Ford have offered a 5 year warranty (previously 3 years). New car warranties can be extended with same new car warranty privileges so long as it is within 33 months of the new car registration (three year warranty) For our older vehicles we offer, at additional cost, a Ford Protect warranty.
